No Refunds on Completed Services:

We do not offer refunds for grooming services that have already been completed. Time, skill, and products are used during every appointment, and we do our best to meet your expectations.

If You’re Unhappy:

Please bring up any concerns during or immediately after the groom. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments at the time of service when possible
